Baby Friendly Cottages Cornwall | Merlin Farm

Merlin Farm offers 4 & 5 star Baby Friendly Cottages at Mawgan Porth, a short walk from a stunning sandy beach on the North Cornwall Coast. If you are holidaying with your newborn baby or toddler, Self Catering Accommodation offers you the space and freedom to plan your day at your own pace. Because we know how much baby paraphernalia can take up in your car, we have 5 cottages that provide some of the essentials for little ones, so that you can travel lighter.  Merlin Farm offers a relaxing farm environment, toddlers love petting Horace the donkey and feeding the horses and there is a play area for under 6's. Low Occupancy Discounts
 If there are just the two of you with an infant in a cot, we can offer a low occupancy discount as only the Master bedroom will be made up (you are welcome to put the cot in the other bedroom). A 15% low occupancy discount is offered in Constantine, Porthcothan & Harlyn Cottages and 10% in Trevone Cottage (bookings are made online so please ensure that you enter 2 people and 1 infant and the discount will be applied automatically). As Treyarnon has 3 bedrooms, a 10% discount is offered if there are 4 people using 2 bedrooms, or 20% for 2 people using 1 bedroom. Unfortunately the low occupancy discount is not applicable during the Summer Holidays.
 

​Babysitting
 For Babies and Young children we can recommend experienced and CRB checked babysitters. For older children our responsible 16yr old offers a babysitting service. Contacts are supplied with your confirmation.

Meal Deliveries
These companies will deliver freshly cooked meals to our Baby Friendly Cottages, perfect for your first night's stay.

Space is too limited in this unit to accommodate baby & gear. There is not enough room to put a fireguard around the woodburner and no seperate sleeping area. We recommend booking one of our larger cottages.
