You get a sense of being away-from-it-all, the sandy beach of Mawgan Porth is just minutes away by foot and although there are no direct views of the sea from the cottages, you can sometimes hear the waves which adds to the tranquillity. Merlin Farm is rurally located so a car is recommended, especially if you have children who need entertaining whatever the weather.
