Daymer Studio

Daymer Studio is a cosy bolthole for two secluded in

Countryside and just a short walk from Mawgan Porth Beach.

Please take a look at our other holiday cottages Constantine, Porthcothan, Harlyn & Trevone

The Open plan studio sleeps just 2 and is very popular with couples wanting an affordable and comfortable base whilst they explore the surrounding area or to just hideaway and relax.

The studio is all on one level (ground floor) with a double bed, dining table & chairs, two-seater sofa, TV/DVD, Hairdryer and Iron. The property has gas central heating and a Woodburner with a complimentary crate of logs (you can purchase more onsite or locally). A small kitchen contains a fridge (with ice box), oven with ceramic hob and grill and a microwave. There is a small bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, washbasin and an illuminated mirror with shaver point. Bed Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). Outside is a private enclosed gravelled area with table and chairs overlooking the rolling hills. Non Smoking. Dogs by arrangement at certain times of the year.

Treat yourselves

You are spoilt for choice with all the restaurants in the area, but if you fancy a cosy night in you can pre-order delicious homecooked meals delivered to your door. Enjoy in-house spa treatments or visit one of Mawgan Porth's 2 day spa's.

Space is too limited in this unit to accommodate young children/babies & associated gear. There is not enough room to place a fireguard around the woodburner and there is no separate sleeping area. We recommend booking one of our larger cottages for families.

Guest Reviews

"We stayed in Daymer, the studio apartment at Merlin Farm and it was fantastic. As a couple, farms such as this that cater for families sometimes worry me as they tend to be very child friendly and noisy but here, the cottage was so private and set in superb farmland that was so quiet and beautiful, we really could have been on our own it was so tranquil and calm. The cottage was beautifully decorated, well-equipped and modern and every need had been catered for-we couldn't have asked for more."
