Cornwall is home to some of the UK’s most scenic and diverse cycling trails. Ride along rivers and rugged coastlines, through ancient woodlands and past historic mining sites, all while spotting wildlife and enjoying the county’s rich flora. Merlin Farm Cottages make the perfect base for a ‘cycle and stay’ holiday in Cornwall. We’re just a short drive from the main cycle networks and there’s undercover space to store your bikes or you can hire bikes at most trails
Cycle Trails in Cornwall
The trail is 18 miles long but can be split in to 2 or 3;
Padstow to Wadebridge - 5.5 miles
Wadebridge to Bodmin - 5.75 miles
Bodmin to Wenfordbridge 6.25 miles (There's a lovely place to stop for lunch at Wenford - Snail's Pace Café)
The Goss Moor Trail: 7 mile circular trail
Lanhydrock: 1.5 mile easy trail and 1-2 mile moderate trails
Pentewan Valley Trail: 3.4 miles
The St Piran Trail: 34.5 miles
The Saints Way: Coast to Coast - 30 miles
The Mineral Tramways: 37.5 mile network
Cardinham Woods: 12km Moderate mountain bike trail
The Coast and clay trail: 45 miles
