CHECK IN From 4pm / CHECK OUT 9am
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable upon booking via our secure online payment server (or the full amount if booking within 6 weeks of arrival). The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A compulsory £150 damages/cleaning deposit will be added to your booking.
This deposit will be refunded following your departure providing your cottage is left clean, tidy & damage free.
Unfortunately as our calendar is live we cannot hold any bookings without a deposit. All bookings are made online on a first come first served basis.
Our weekly changeover day is FRIDAY.
Outside of peak dates we may be able to offer shorter stays of 3+ nights (price is minus 7.5% per night from the weekly rate) Please contact us with your requirements.
We regret that we do not accept dogs during the Summer Holidays (22 July - 25 Aug 2022). We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause. Please note dogs are not to be left in the cottage alone and must be kept on a lead on the farm at all times due to free roaming poultry & in respect of other guests who may be afraid of dogs. No dogs in Constantine as this cottage is reserved for guests with pet allergies. SORRY NO PUPPIES UNDER 12 MONTHS. For dog charges, terms & conditions please visit our dog page.
LOW OCCUPANCY DISCOUNTS
5-10% discount is offered in our cottages for just two occupants and when sharing just one bedroom (the master bedroom unless specified otherwise when booking). If you require a bedroom each the discount will not apply (please select 3 people when booking and type 'blank' as the 3rd name).
MULTI WEEK DISCOUNTS
If you book a second week a discount of £30 will be applied. You will be provided with a second set of bed linen & towels for you to change when you wish.

We strongly advise that you obtain holiday insurance to cover the cost of your stay in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation - in particular if you should catch COVID-19 before you travel or if you have been told to isolate due to COVID-19. There are many companies that now offer COVID COVER in their insurance, more details can be found at the bottom of this page
