We are not accepting bookings for holidays arriving before 4th July 2020
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable upon booking via our secure online payment server (or the full amount if booking within 6 weeks of arrival). The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A compulsory refundable damages deposit will be added to your booking (Daymer £50, Treyarnon £100, Porthcothan, Harlyn, Trevone & Constantine £150). This deposit will be refunded following your departure providing your cottage is left reasonably clean, tidy & damage free.
Unfortunately as our calendar is live we cannot hold any bookings without a deposit. All bookings are made online on a first come first served basis.
CHANGEOVER DAYS / MINIMUM STAYS
Our usual weekly changeover day is Friday (& Monday during low season). Min stay 3 nts Fri - Mon, 4 nts Mon - Fri. We may be able to offer flexibility during low season, contact us for a quote
SORRY NO DOGS BETWEEN 31 JULY & 27 AUG 2020 AND 30 JULY - 26 AUG 2021. Please note dogs are not to be left in the cottage alone and must be kept on a lead on the farm at all times due to free roaming poultry & in respect of other guests who may be afraid of dogs. Charges: Daymer: £15 for 1 dog, £25 for 2 dogs, per stay. Treyarnon, Harlyn, Trevone & Porthcothan: £30 for 1 dog, £50 for 2 dogs, per stay. No dogs in Constantine as this cottage is reserved for guests with pet allergies.
LOW OCCUPANCY DISCOUNTS
Daymer is our only accommodation sleeping 2, however 5-10% discount is offered in our other cottages for just two occupants and when sharing just one bedroom (the master bedroom unless specified otherwise when booking). If you require a bedroom each the discount will not apply (please select 3 people when booking and leave the 3rd name blank).
MULTI WEEK DISCOUNTS
If you book more than one week a discount will be applied automatically: Daymer £15, all other cottages £30 discount per additional week booked.

We strongly advise that you obtain holiday insurance to cover the cost of your stay in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation.
