Constantine Cottage

Family Friendly and within walking distance of Mawgan Porth Beach

 

Ground Floor:

  • Open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge

  • Master Bedroom with King size bed

  • Wetroom bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

 

First Floor:

  • Loft bedroom with twin beds. Ensuite toilet and wash basin (no shower).

  • Due to the low ceiling height we recommend only children occupy this room, therefore this cottage is only suited to a maximum of 2 adults plus up to 2 children.

 

Facilities:

  • Bathrooms have illuminated shaving mirrors and shaver point and bedrooms have a hairdryer.

  • Lounge with 32' Television with integral DVD player and freeview. 

  • Fully equipped Kitchen: double oven with grill and ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter machine. Dining table and seating for 4.

  • Washing machine and ironing facilities. 

  • Egyptian cotton bed linen, bamboo cotton bathrobes and towels provided (not beach towels). 

  • Ground source underfloor heating and woodburner. A complimentary crate of logs is supplied (more can be purchased locally). 

  • Outside is an enclosed private gravelled courtyard with dining area overlooking the countryside.

  • Non Smoking

Constantine is suitable for families with young children as it is equipped with some essential baby gear such as travel cot, highchair, fireguard, stair gates, baby bath, changing mat, potty, toddler toilet seat & step up.

"We stayed at Constantine for 1 week and loved it. If you have young children, everything has been thought of. The accommodation is fabulous and in a really peaceful setting. You can drive or walk to Mawgan Porth beach. The walk takes around 15-20 mins, there is one very steep slope, however its a very pleasant walk and good exercise. We did the walk to the beach daily with x2 buggies!!"
