DOG CHARGES

Porthcothan & Harlyn Cottages: £35 for 1 dog per stay / £60 for 2 dogs 

Trevone Cottage: £40 for 1 dog per stay / £70 for 2 dogsx

Sorry no puppies under 12 months / Max 2 dogs

Sorry no dogs in Constantine Cottage as this cottage is reserved for guests with pet allergies.

 

DOG DATE EXCLUSION

We regret that we do not accept dogs for a few weeks during the Summer Holidays (26 July - 22 Aug 2024). We are very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Never leave your dog(s) alone in the cottage (not even in a crate) when you go out. This is to ensure that they do not cause any damage nor disturbance to other guests in the neighbouring cottages. Please do not ask us to make an exception, this applies to all. There is information below regarding dog sitters should you wish to enjoy a dog free day/evening.

• We want your dogs to feel at home, if you wish for your dog to lie on our sofa's or beds please cover with your own throws/blankets so that they won't smell doggy for the next guests, and also to protect the leather sofa's from being damaged by claw scratches. Please supervise your dog at all times. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to you.

• If your dog has an accident on the carpet or rug we will require it to be professionally cleaned (costs taken from your housekeeping deposit). Please let us know as soon as possible so it can be arranged as soon as possible and before the next guests.

​

• Please ensure your dog is kept on a lead at all times on the farm. This is in respect of other guests and young children who may be afraid of dogs, as well as to protect the free roaming poultry on site.

​

• Please discourage your dog to fowl in the communal lawned areas directly in front of the cottages where Children play.  Please walk your dog behind the stable block where you will also find an eco friendly dog poo composter with poop scoops provided or dispose of bagged poop in the large wheeled bin.

• In respect of other guests please try to avoid your dog barking outside in their garden early in the morning and late at night.
