Three Stylish Luxury Eco Cottage's forming part of a Secluded Converted Barn Complex at Merlin Farm, Mawgan Porth on the North Cornwall Coast.
Our Luxury Eco Cottages are nestled in tranquil Countryside overlooking woodland and rolling hills just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Mawgan Porth. The Cottages were originally derelict Farm Barns and have been renovated to a high standard with floor to ceiling glass fronted lounge extensions providing wonderful views of the Cornish countryside. The cottages are heated by ground source underfloor heating and have a woodburner. Water is heated using solar technology. 'Eco' doesn't mean you can't have the luxuries, high thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen, bamboo cotton bathrobes and fluffy bath sheets.
Choose from Constantine (does not allow dogs - perfect for those with pet allergies), Porthcothan and Harlyn Eco Cottages. Decorated and laid out almost identically, each with a ground floor Master bedroom with King Size bed, ground floor wetroom bathroom with waterfall taps, walk-in drench shower and bath, a loft bedroom with twin beds (which can be zipped together on request in Porthcothan & Harlyn) and ensuite. There is a hairdryer & TV/DVD in both bedrooms, a 32" TV/DVD in the lounge, wireless music speakers & 'A' energy rated appliances. The cottages are powered by green electricity generated onsite. Private gated outdoor areas with outdoor seating overlooking green rolling hills.
