At Merlin Farm, you’ll find the perfect balance of togetherness and tranquillity. Our three cottages Harlyn, Porthcothan, and Constantine sit side by side in a peaceful countryside setting, just a short walk from Mawgan Porth Beach.
Together the cottages can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, making them ideal for groups who want to holiday together while having the freedom of their own private cottage. Enjoy shared holiday memories then retreat to your own cosy space when you’re ready to unwind.

Each cottage sleeps 4 (King and Twin). There is a beautiful sandy beach within walking distance and a further 5 beaches within 5 miles of Merlin Farm as well as beautiful countryside & Coastal walks direct from the farm. The Cornish Food Box Company can deliver Cornish groceries to your cottage.
Conditions of large family group bookings: If booking multiple cottages please note that unfortunately furniture cannot be moved (i.e so that you can all dine in one cottage). We expect you to return any objects/glasses/cutlery/crockery back to each cottage if moved to ensure your housekeeping deposits are returned in full. Dogs not to be left alone in cottages when you go out. Constantine is reserved for guests with pet allergies so no dogs must enter that cottage at any time.
