From the doorstep walk to St Mawgan Village where you will find St Mawgan Post Office Tearoom, Hawkeys Cafe, The Falcon Inn - a 16th Century Pub (check seasonal opening hours) and The Japanese Garden (closes 15 Nov). From St Mawgan head into Carnanton Woods and walk alongside the River Menalhyl.
Book in for a Sunday Carvery at the Merrymoor Inn overlooking Mawgan Porth Beach, if the weather is favourable eat outside - you can't beat a roast on the coast!
